Sometimes it can pay huge rewards to recycle existing fixtures and appliances and the like.  This customer saved thousands by re-using the undamaged cabinetry!

Sometimes it makes sense to alter a space when remodeling.  This customer added a new closet space for this shared bedroom, while we were re-framing.

There were so many issues with this bath, that although it was not directly affected by the fire, the decision was made to remodel it anyway.  The value added to the home was a driving factor.

This client was tired of the drab wood paneling, and made some fabulous choices and decisions!

As you can see here the fire was extensive, but the final presentation has added thousands of dollars to the property's overall value!
