There IS a difference.  To explain:  Renovations are usually the least invasive and concentrate on cosmetic changes, i.e.: paint, wallpaper, new fixtures and appliances.  Usually Renovations get a space ready for occupation or use.  Remodels are the next level, with perhaps some walls being removed or relocated, fixtures and appliances being moved, certain spaces being captured for other uses.  More invasive, but more rewarding.  Restorations are in class alone.  This aspect of Home Improvement is almost always carried out on older, historic homes.  Many of these antique homes have been victims of remodels and renovations that can mask the original beauty of the homes' details.  A Restoration uncovers these details and lets them once again be enjoyed.  Have a Look at our Gallery!
